Mud pumps are used in drilling rigs drilling for oil/gas. They are generally triplex reciprocatiing pumps of robust construction having capability to develop 5000 psi or more of discharge pressure and handling high viscous slurries.

and drilling parameter or ROP is fast so every 6 hours Sand trap should Dump by half to control solids
you can minimise the mud cut in seat or value by the above solution and by using the genuine parts of seat and value,
and remember the seat have only 300 hours and value have only 150 hours cap.
