98 cavalier 2.4 specific instructions of direction of thermostat, the rubber seal and the o-ring?
98 cavalier 2.4 ls thermostat, I know exactly where it is located and everything else all i need to know is what side is up and what side is down and where the o-ring is placed i know the rubber gasket fits around the thermostat itself I just don't know where the rubber o-ring goes. so if some one could tell me specificaly or send me a diagram i would highly appriciate it...

The stat spring goes in the up posistion the hat or triangle support goes down. The gasket goes around the thermostat. this is not a DIY
job. I know of no o ring needed to accomplish this job.
