How to Select an Air Pressure Gauge
An air pressure gauge is an automotive device used to measure the air pressure inside a vehicle's tires. sure its temperature will rise when opening the container suddenly expanding the air inside

or this high pressure air have to be cooled to achieve more cooling on expansion
It would go back to its original state because the gas would remain in an ideal state and the law of perfect gases would apply. Even though air liquefies at about 5kpsi at ambient temperature, the rise in temperature during compression will keep it "ideal".

Ray mond´s answer assumes their will be some heat dissipation, while the question clearly states the container is heat insulated. We are not talking about a real world experiment, obviously.
