If standby Diesel generator rating is 925kw and actual load on it is @20%. May i use this generator?

Yes, you may use this generator, but you probably would not want to, as a general principle. There are three reasons:
1. The efficiency of the DG is not optimized for such a small load. You will be wasting fuel for the task that you would wish to accomplish.
2. With all the emphasis lately on emissions, you will find that this is a very bad point for emissions vs. load. If this engine uses a turbocharger, it will be running at a very inefficient point. You would be much better choosing a DG set that is more closely matched to the load you are contemplating.
3. The diesel engine. For this type of service, the diesel engine needs to keep peak pressures near the rating point. when you underload a diesel engine as you are suggesting, not only are the emissions bad, but the piston rings will not have an optimal seal; thus you will see increased oil consumption, and possible oil out the exhaust stack.
